“Came in today to get my daughters ears pierced. The girls working were so lovely. They made sure that we weren’t waiting around and that we were both ok. Went through everything we needed to do to keep my daughters ears from getting infected and they overall just took such good care of us. All on a busy Saturday as well. So thank you!!”

“Popped into the H&M at Whiteley and had such a great experience. The store was super clean and easy to browse, with loads of nice stuff in stock — from everyday basics to trendier pieces. I found exactly what I was looking for!
Fitting rooms were clean, and checkout was quick and smooth as there are self-service tills.
Overall just a really nice, stress-free shopping trip. Will definitely be back!”

“Review for M&S Cafe in Whitely.Would like to thank Amanda working on 8th March 23 at 9:30am.Pleasantly surprised with our visit.My partner and I fancied the eggs benedict as a ceoliac i didnt see an option for this. We spoke to Amanda serving and she made it happen! She explained they were unable to make it up or toast the roll but they could bring it all out separately so I could make my own.Very enjoyable with very helpful staff who are all well trained.”
