“Since its overhaul earlier this year, this store has much more stock and is laid out a little bit better. The staff are always welcoming. My only gripe is the coop prices. As coop is one of the big main stores in the UK, you would have thought they would be competitive with their prices but most items are more than double that of say tesco and asda.”

“Getting fed up with Tescos so thought would give M a try. Much cleaner, fruit and veg way better quality, better value deli plus a fresh fish counter. 4 pints of milk cost more but tescos went off before finished so 20p more is still worth it! Booze section is not as extensive but do an excellent prosecco for under £7. Recycling in the car park...mmm could be goodbye tescos.”

“A long story short....I had a home delivery, 90% of that delivery was missing and the 10% that was delivered, was 90% incorrect!The next day, I went into Asda Totton and after speaking with a lovely lady on the customer service desk, she called for an amazing colleague, James. He went above and beyond to sort this mess out for me! Very apologetic, very polite and just went off and sorted it, no questions! Great guy!”
