I collected something on 24th July. The store manager served me. He was friendly and got my item immediately. It was an all round great experience. A while since I’ve experienced such good customer service.

Went to the Totton store on the 29th to pick up a trampoline - Gavin the store manager could not have been more helpful, when we realised it didn’t fit in the car - great service all round, brilliant customer service that was completely unprompted and was totally genuine
