“Good hotel, well presented and in a great location close to Old Portsmouth and the bustling Southsea area. Quite peaceful at night once the pier shuts down.Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was decent. I don't think the air con was working but was lucky enough to not get too hot.The hotel wasn't serving breakfast whilst I stayed for a couple of nights, for some reason they just couldn't open. The staff made sure the breakfast charge was refunded though, which was appreciated.”
