“Great location right in the middle of the Gunwharf Quays shopping and entertainment area. Parking is in the main Gunwharf Quays car park. Collect a ticket as normal and then get it validated at the hotel reception. Entrance is on the ground floor, reception on the 1st floor (lift or stairs) and rooms on floors 1-4. Rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express fayre and are a little dated in places. But very good value and very clean. Buffet all you can eat breakfast included and is a great addition. I do recommend and will be back.”

“Premier room plus. £40. 1 minute walk from the railway station. Clean room as usual. Good staff and right next to the Guildhall. Ticks all the boxes for me. Love Premier Inn's, they do what they advertise.”

“Stayed for one night only! The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Parking is £5 extra per night.Room was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable so I had a great nights sleep.Buffet breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty. They also had takeaway coffee cups!”

The two ladies on reception have great customer service and are a credit to Travelodge. “I was put into Inn lodge as emergency accommodation, was there for almost 4 months, The room was fine and bathroom maybe a little updating on the deco is required. But the Housekeepers done an amazing job, always friendly and respectful and nothing was to much trouble. Receptionist staff very helpful and Friendly as was the bar staff.. Room service was good, food was a hit and miss at times.. was sad I didn’t have time to say goodbye to the staff… I would totally recommend staying here… Just want to say Thank you for making a difficult stay for me a Joyable one… Thank you Janet (room 226) x”

“Parking. Nice hotel, very clean & tidy. The meals were very nice and tasty, well really enjoyed a proper hot full English breakfast. On the downside our bathroom was tiny tbh, it was interesting (trying) to use the toilet. The beds are super comfy and the room is functional. The location of the Hotel to bars and restaurants was ideal. I would revisit this Hotel.”

The staff were really lovely and friendly, especially one lady, think her name was Alex? She was very sweet and friendly, excellent customer service.The Toby carvery next door was great and we were really glad to find free parking. Good location, would visit again.”
