I called this store on Saturday 29 March 2025 on two separate occasions and spoke with a lady named Kate. She assisted me brilliantly and helped reserve some small items for me for a birthday gift. Really friendly and great attitude. Very happy with the service.

Not a fan. Came in yesterday (Saturday) and the girl at the counter was miserable. I tried to return an elf camo concealer as I bought the wrong type and the manager (who was nice and deserved the extra star) said that the concealer had already been opened (which it absolutely hadn’t).
