This charity shop has recently undergone a great makeover. Although I'm a great fan of charity shop shopping, this was never my favourite. But it's been redesigned by someone with a real talent for retail layout. It's brighter, has a more sensible layout and has much more space. Great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere in the shop.This used to be my favorite shop in Portswood but after a recent makeover the baskets with promotions that stood in the middle of the shop disappeared and you could find some really great stuff there. Recently visited the Salvation Army shop at Portswood and found the change in atmosphere and friendliness refreshing.Would recommend a visit, staff so friendly and only to willing to help.Great customer service, Brummie guy on the till is a star!
