Wish I'd looked at the reviews before trying to open up a savings account there. Exactly the same experience as others. They imply firstly that you can do it online except "photo is too blurry" or something goes wrong but don't worry you don't need an appointment just drive all the way to Southampton to be given an appointment... read full comment
