Jo in the nursery department is an absolute TREASURE! She spent a considerable amount of time with my wife and I explaining everything baby with us, she was very patient with us especially me asking a million questions, she was so super helpful and is someone I highly recommend to ask for advice. Didn?t pressure us to spend loads of money and gave us solid factual advice on products we had small knowledge on.
Will deffo be coming back here for all our baby?s needs. Thanks Jo! See you soon!

WARNING!!?? do not book the Cleerabee recycling process. The communication is extremely poor about how this actually works. We did not receive any communication from John Lewis or any link from Cleerabee. The whole process is expensive and extremely poor. You will be better to go to a local provider yourself and book somebody to remove any old furniture that you do not want. We finally got somebody to collect our old sofas after phoning several times. This was a really really poor service.

I?m deeply disappointed and disgusted with customer service at John Lewis on Friday 13th of December around 5-6pm.
I came to purchase Dior perfumes as a Christmas present, and the lady who meant to be helpful and welcoming to the customers as a part of her job, had treated me and my family as if we didn?t belong here or couldn?t afford to shop in this store. She looked down on us as well as my parents and showed dissatisfaction with the fact she had to serve us. My mom wanted to buy Dior perfumes for herself as well, but with the treatment given she gave up on the idea and we left with only one.
For the future, I would recommend paying more attention at the customer skills when training the staff, so incidents like this don?t happen again. I don?t have to wear extravagant clothes to be treated with courtesy and respect, but this seems to be the case in that store.
Also, the earlier mentioned customer assistant should be reprimanded for her behaviour, if she doesn?t like her job I suggest to quit or find something where her ?skills? will be actually appreciated.

I am a avid tea drinker and enjoy a full flavoured cuppa BUT not " brickies tea" if you know what I mean. I am often disappointed at various tea establishments where I buy a pot of tea for one and have to pay extra for an additional T bag just to make the tea what it should be like in the first place. CONGRATULATIONS therefore to " The Place to Eat" restaurant at the Southampton store for providing an excellent pot of tea. I notice the tea bag is larger than normal which for a pot is absolutely essential.Thoroughly recommended for all discerning tea drinkers everywhere!

Visited the Charlotte Tilbury Counter and was helped straight away by Jayden. I was unsure on colours and which products to purchase as it was my first time using Charlotte Tilbury.
Jayden was happy to answer all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly.
I am so happy with my purchases and will definitely be coming back soon.

Placed an online collection for some toys for my works charity event found the whole process fairly poor of the 4 items , only 2 items were able to be collected , I cancelled one as a long lead time and the last item was returned to warehouse due to non collection event though wasn't informed.
I have now cancelled the last item and purchased the items from Amazon instead. Have always found John Lewis in Southampton excellent with other purchases over the years but will not be using their click and collect anytime soon

John Lewis sold me a defective pram. They told me to return the defective pram and I would receive a new one. I returned the defective pram but have not received a new one. John Lewis have my money and my pram.
You cannot speak to any store, just the most despicable and useless 'customer services' in South Africa, which is completely pointless. Customer Services blatantly lie and keep you on the phone for hours.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOHN LEWIS

Feel completely upset and sad for being judge by this shop because of the way I look I had buy an OURA ring for my husband as a gift to him when it arrived he told me is wrong size I was on my pijama as I just had a newborn and I feel exhausted so I told him let?s go like that and just change it for correct size as I have 30 days return or exchange policy when I got there the guy start looking me and looking the ring and called another guy that guy came in and start saying he wasn?t gonna exchange and I say to him so I would apply for a return because I couldn?t keep something my husband or I not gonna be able to use so I went downstairs to the car and once I proceed the return they send me to the same place for return when I got there they start looking me all again and my husband told them we have a qr code to return and the guy as say to us he gonna reject and he told me already once and enough he not gonna accept! I called customer services i explained them situation and told them what happen and what?s the reason he rejected! So customer service told me they rejected it saying I didn?t had a receipt or order confirmation for it when I even show them inside the shop my receipt vat and order confirmation I show them as well the dpd confirmation with PIN number and told him I could show guy dpd delivering it just one hour before we go to them ! I could show everything and he just put down saying I didn?t had a order confirmation something that wasn?t true making confirmation that the way they were judging me by the looks because I was on my pijama these guys should be more about respecting costumers doesn?t matter way they look! I had a baby me and my husband been exhausted he works as well he his a hard working man and this is way they treated the costumers because they were on pijama !

My mother had the most awful experience here. Staff were rude. Staff ignored her. Staff didn't treat her with care and respect. I would avoid this shop at all costs

We were looking for buds for granddaughter at nearly closing time. A friendly salesperson called Ben helped us. As these were being purchased as a special present for granddaughter on her birthday, he helped us to select the right ones. We didn?t realise that they had a set of 3 sizes in the ones we were looking at. As these were exactly what we needed with Ben's assurance, they would fit we purchased. One very happy granddaughter, many thanks, Ben ;-)

Shop was fine. Restaurants were dreadful. My group had their food and I was told one child's meal would be bought to the table. Everyone finished and still no meal. Family were leaving and all I got was a refund and no meal.
