Unbelievable chaos!! Queuing out the door and could hear everything other customers were talking about (or should I say complaining about). Staff, well what can I say, in my opinion, appalling!!! We need local banks, manned by local people!!!

Absolute chaos! Walk in to the branch on a busy Saturday morning just to be told the counter is not manned! How can a branch in central Southampton have no one manning the counters on Saturday when most of the working population cannot get to the branch during the week.
