She spent a considerable amount of time with my wife and I explaining everything baby with us, she was very patient with us especially me asking a million questions, she was so super helpful and is someone I highly recommend to ask for advice. The staff member was Laura who was so patient with me when I was confused about the return and purchase costings, Laura was calm and totally understanding how I was confused and explained it fully, I did eventually grasp the conversation.

“My hearty appreciation for Hannah the store manager of Argos West Quay! I have bought a coffee table and was unable to fix the screws into the solid wood, and was planning to return this product to this store. While I explained the situation to the staff, originally they said being unable to build a furniture is not a invalid reason for return and refund, yet at the same time manager Hannah went an extra mile and offered to help us build that coffee table on spot using a more powerful drill! This was truly helpful and nice of her and thank you once again Hannah!”

“I visited Argos Sainsbury Portswood about 10am on Wednesday 7th April and was served by Sam who I have to say was absolutely brilliant. I was returning an item. One replacement was shown to be in stock but had not been put on the shelf it belonged. He bent over backwards to find the item and I returned home so happy. The other guy serving with a pony tail was also excellent. Great service by both.”

“Nice big clothing section stretching across two floors and a large selection of sizes and choices to pick. The foodhall is a little bit cramped and it's hard to walk through especially the fridge section but high quality food products.”
