I went to the Southampton store this morning to have my sons ear pierced. I also had my son with me who has autism/Learning difficulties. The staff were absolutely amazing with him whilst I was waiting and took him round the shop to have a look around. We arrived for a pre-theatre table at 17:30, our initial drinks and crackers took a while but our starters followed soon after. We had to ask the staff to check on our mains, they hadn't arrived for over 30 minutes. We were told they would be 5 minutes.
