Rude counter staff expected me to know her colleague next to her who was serving someone else was actually talking to me and explaining something. How was I to know, she was behind glass so I couldn’t hear and didn’t expect her intervention and neither did her own customer who was surprised as well. The woman serving me was so condescending cutting me off telling me to “ wait a minute” when I was trying to point something out to her. A bad experience. Will not be going there again.

Today, 16/01/2024, I took an elderly couple, both of whom have disabilities, to Romsey Post office to renew their passports using the digital passport service. It was very busy when we got there. When we got to the counter the assistant, was the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind person. She assisted the couple through the process without rushing them. She was very friendly and polite but professional. This lady, made the whole process a pleasant experience. Thank you ?
