“I popped into Boots on Saturday to have a look at frames as I had a few minuites to spare. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I explained I was looking for new frames but would want an eye test first as it had been a while since my last. Within 5 minutes I had been offered a time for the same day, and I had chosen frames from their great selection. All staff I had help from were amazing, I can not recommend the team enough. Luke, John, Alice and Sam all helped make the experience enjoyable and explained everything I needed to know with ease. I will definitely be going back when needed.”
