“Entire process from booking online to in-store was handled flawlessly. Very thorough eye test. Store staff even helped with a minor repair on my current glasses while I was there. Range of frames and options seemed pretty upper end but I didnt explore fully.”

The other boots range, that was in the centre of the store was not mentioned, I thought they were the mens range until I looked while waiting for my mum. On the really good side they did offer the 3d scan to check her macular degeneration wasn't deteriorating which put her mind at ease. She's 86.”

I had previously popped into the hedge end branch to be told I must had brocken them and would have to pay £80 for new frames”
