“Very helpful and just-right service - from reception when I arrived, to ordering my dinner (which I was so glad to be able to have in my room) to breakfast. It was very nice having table service and breakfast was just what I wanted (there was a good choice to choose from). I was mostly served by David who was very efficient and capable. All the staff I spoke to were nice.
The bed (mattress) was exceptionally good and I was able to sleep very well - it was quiet and also the right temperature as I was to have my window open.
The carpark was very convenient for my hotel room.”

“I stayed here with my family Thursday evening. Myself two daughters and 3 grandsons. On arrival we found that our rooms had not been allocated as we had booked. They were very short staffed and only one person in reception who was called Toby ? what a star he was nothing was too much trouble … went out of his way to help us. He was totally on his own but like I said nothing was a problem … sorted it all out even made the beds up so that we could all be in the same room. In the evening the boys were tired so he let us take food up to our room. Thank you again Toby for being the best !!!Nearby activities: Peppa Pig Paultons was why we stayed in the hotel”
