Warm welcome, great service, very, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The tiles we wanted were only available in a branch in London but within 2 days they were at the Portsmouth shop and we had help to load our order into the car. The price for the tiles, grout, trims and adhesive was less than other shops quoted... read full comment
