I had to queue for a while, as the staff member who was in charge of the (only) counter position was operating the 'self service' machine for another customer... When it was eventually my turn, she did the same for me... Surely it would be better if the bank staff just did their job, at the counter?!?I didn't queue for the counter because I don't understand the machines... I queued for the counter because I hate those machines, expect a certain level of customer service and do not want an unpaid admin job in a bank!I'm so glad I was only paying a bill there & no longer have my bank account with Barclays.

Great customer service from Andy today. Visited with an unusual, complicated request. Andy checked every option to find a resolution for me and to ensure my problem was resolved. Thanks!

The staff were incredibly kind and accomodating; they took care to make sure they respected my pronouns and helped me when I had a problem with a transaction while using online banking.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and had amazing customer service and it wasn't too busy.Delighted that I was greeted at the door and the receptionist was very friendly and well mannered. She told me exactly where to sit and how long it would be until I was seen.The lady who delt with my query was very professional. She was understanding and sorted my problem within 10 minutes. Its good to see that great customer service is still out there.Great little branch if you need to use it

Only one counter so always a long queue. Go to Barclays waterlooville instead it?s nicer there and more counters
