**My Complaint About Argos' Return Policy and Poor Customer Service**
I purchased an Henry Hoover online from Argos, but suction is not work properly. When I tried to return it, they refused because the packaging was opened. How am I supposed to know if it works without opening the box?
Very sad to say that the staff were rude and don’t have any sense to detect the defect of the items that I have purchased. No one in Argos Portsmouth care about the customer.
