He spent a lot of time with us, patiently explained the potential problems and constructed a step by step plan to locate the fault, through a series of trial and error.After several visits, the fault was located and fixed the very next day as arranged. The job was more complex than he anticipated, but Steve stuck to his word and did not charge us any more for the extra time.We are extremely grateful and thankful for the professionalism and quality of the work carried out by Steve.Highly recommended and trustworthy.
