“We would like to thank Sue on the bakery for her pleasant attitude helping us find some wonderful flapjacks that the store has, we were shopping approximately 5.30pm so the shelves were low on stock, however she said that she would put together some for us while we continued our shopping she then found us and gave us our flapjacks.
She definitely went the extra mile.

“The staff in this store are all really polite and lovely especially because I at one time didn't have enough money to buy the rest of what I was buying and the really lovely cashier lady paid for it for me I was very thankful. It is very good to have a store only a 2 min walk away for things you've run out of and you need to pop in to get what you need.”

“leaving Tesco yesterday I realised I had a puncture so pulled in to the recycling area opposite the petrol station. the gentleman in there offered to help me as he was an ex RAC patrol man. in the end he couldn't as I did not have the correct equipment. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped to offer help, in the end a lovely young man from Latvia came and helped me. He pulled out this huge screw/ bolt from the tyre then repaired it with something magic that looked like a rubber plug. I don't know his name, he said he lived in new Milton and he had a blue car. He really was a saviour to me. I was so amazed that so many kind people came to my aid and offered help. with all the bad things happening in this world today, all the people who stopped were just kind and wonderfu, I'm glad I live in this great country.”

“This supermarket covers a big extension of villages as there is the only one around in a big area, there are other supermarkets but even so, every time I have been it isn't full of people that makes your shopping more comfortable as there aren't people pushing you with the trolley.I like to shop here, it is a good fresh product, quality and abundance.The car park is ample with a bit of puddles in the nearest to entrance sites but there are plenty around. Very good and recommended shop.”

I was struggling at the till to scan my items hold my purse and 18 month old, while controlling my 4 year old and jess let me mind the kids while she scanned and packed my items.
