New Milton have lots of choice of glasses and well trained friendly staff so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend going there.”

“Came in to get some glasses on Friday 20/01/23. I am a first time glasses buyer so I was a bit clueless but I had gotten my prescription prior and needed to buy a pair or two. I was helped by Cheryl who was wonderful! She was very patient and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for as well as going the extra mile and helped me in getting the rest of the prescription that I needed to scan in with the system as I only had a photograph of my incomplete prescription.Cheryl was amazing with everything and made my time at vision express great! Value for money was good as there was a discount on varifocals and frames. Covid precautions were in place and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.”
