They offer a personalised and tailored service to each client. I was comfortable and relaxed during the thorough eye examination with John. When choosing my new glasses I was seated in a lovely room and Claire the style specialist brought me a selection of frames. Frames I may not necessarily have tried on if left to my own devices. I love my new glasses. I wish I had used their service earlier and will continue to use their service in the future.”

Lora took such time and care to investigate the ongoing issues, found an issue the hospital had missed and has put in place a careful and considered treatment and follow up plan. “Went for eye health check due to blurry vision and a flashing light in left eye with stabbing pain and headache so bad I vomited - it wasn't very sociable! Also, knew it wasn't migraine as I am used to those. All vision check was no change and again I say I recommend Ummaya (apologies if mispelt/wrong) as she didn't make me feel like I was part of a factory line of whinging customers, she asked lots of relevant questions and was patient and thorough and Listened (so many professionals don't!) and even double checked her conclusion with colleagues and I have now am being referred to Opthalmology Dept and if symptoms worsen it'll be off to camp out at the hospital eye A&E for me and a possible zapping with a Lazer. In the meantime, I have to put lubricating drops in 6 times a day to soothe the Saharan Desert of my eyeballs. Well done”
