“Just been to Pets at Home to pick up a litter tray and spotted some deodorizer spray labelled 3 for 2 so picked them up. Went to the till and it did not show 3 for 2 so mentioned this to the assistant and she said they would check. Long story short the sprays were in the wrong place so she spoke to the manager and we got the sprays 3 for 2. The assistant said it was their fault it was in the wrong place which I accept but she was so good to do this as we would of just said we would take the one spray. So thank you to the assistant who I believe was called Ella B. I apologize if I have this wrong”
