I had a few issues with a recent Click & Collect order at Pets at Home Shirley, but I have to say the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. The deputy store manager, Bryony, went above and beyond to help me, and her customer service was absolutely exceptional.

Not only did she take the time to sort out all the problems with my order quickly and professionally, but she also went the extra mile to talk me through the different brands of dog food. She gave me some fantastic advice and helped me choose the best option for my dog – something I really appreciated.
