“I love this store. The clothes are excellent and have a great price tag to match. The man who works there is brilliant, so chatty and friendly and looks to see if you need help all the time without being overbearing. He is really lovely. I must say though the older,lady of the store is at the other end of the customer service she just doesn't have any and is not interested.”

“Visited the cafe on first flooron the 2nd Sept, it was very busy but I must say the staff coped very well with serving all customers promptly and with a smile.
Unfortunately in the plated cake section, there were only a few cakes to choose from and it would be good if the staff could find time to replenish them regularly as I have noticed this on a few occasions when visiting the cafe which I usually do on a Tuesday afternoon.”
