“Morrisons stores very quite a bit in my experience. The gosport store to me, is one of the best.
Well laid out, good selection of groceries, helpful staff, good parking.

“Located on the Brockhurst Gate Retail Park. Plenty of parking is available. The store is large and has great wide range of stock and there is lots of stock in the freezers. There are specials and there is a good range of the bulk ranges which is good. There are a number of tills and the team are professional, friendly and very helpful.”

“Never long queues for checkout , always a reasonable price for everything & it has all the stock a big tesco would without having to walk all the way around a big tesco.”
“I prefer this store to the Food Warehouse as it generally has the goods I want and no huge ques and I can get around quickly as not doing huge shops, great for single people, a couple or less able people. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Just a fabulous shop really.”

“Nice little shop, been using this one for many years. Most of the long term staff are friendly and helpful. But it's a shame the bin outside is always full and there's rubbish all round the building and car park.”

“Really handy Post Office. Counter open daytime, but then service shifts over to the main till area. Although services then more limited this is a well used facility staffed by real people not robots or automatons.
The staff are are really good bunch
The shop is a convenience store and as such is more expensive but is used extensively .
Local stores and Post Offices are important .Use it or Lose it applies ,even in a big town.”

“I made the mistake of forgetting I booked a collection and waited at home for a delivery, when I realised the shopping hadn't come I checked and realised it was a collection!so I rushed down to the gosport store on a Sunday evening to see if anyone was still there (i was only 15 mins late ) noone around I was about to leave when a delivery driver pulled up ,I asked him if he could see if it was possible to collect he said hold on ill go and see if I can find it for you. I waited a while and when a deliveroo driver came I asked again if he could see the delivery man inside ,he came out and said no ,all finished ,so I left. When I got home I realised I had two miss calls and a voicemail ,it was the original delivery driver Brendan, saying he had found my shopping and could wait a few mins if I wanted to go back. As it was now 6.30 on a Sunday and I was alone with my 5 Yr old I called him back and thanked him and asked if he new how I could arrange another slot or delivery, he asked where I lived and said he would deliver it to me anyway!!He went well above and beyond and I am so appreciative to have gotten my shopping so late on a Sunday, saving me a lot of hassle and a hungry child in the morning!thank you Brendan, that's amazing customer service!!”

“Used the 'Click & Collect' Service - 3 set of 'Pink Ladies' Jackets with glasses (they are literally rims, no plastic, glass) for a Hen Do, which was going to watch 'Grease' at the Mayflower. Really good service. The jackets were ok in size, however went for the largest available. They have glitter on them, beware the glitter goes everywhere! Also they were from the official Grease Merchandise.”

“A very nice, very modern regenerative area food superstores shopping area with a very large car park. Lidl is one of our favourite food stores that we have used weekly. Always very good value.”
