“Nice little shop, been using this one for many years. Most of the long term staff are friendly and helpful. But it's a shame the bin outside is always full and there's rubbish all round the building and car park.”
“This morning I witnessed kindness and empathy above and beyond! Lynnette one of the staff, was sworn at by a young lad who was very sad due to the grief of the death of his father. He wanted dog food and tobacco but as he didn’t have his ID he could not get the tobacco, through his emotional state he swore and was told to leave but Lynnette then went out to talk to the lad and listened to him, he then apologised and although he didn’t get the tobacco Lynnette personally paid for his dog food. This young lad will never forget her kindness and hopefully he will get through this sad time. I am so pleased to say all staff at the Privett Road Coop are exceptionally kind and helpful but this was extra special.”

“Personally from my experience there great the guy told me if I could get another microwave meal because that one was out off date I was shocked but hey at least the guy let me know it was out off date.”
“Long opening hours and close to many houses. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are two self check outs and an Amazon collection locker. They also take Evri packages.”
“Really handy Post Office. Counter open daytime, but then service shifts over to the main till area. Although services then more limited this is a well used facility staffed by real people not robots or automatons.
The staff are are really good bunch
The shop is a convenience store and as such is more expensive but is used extensively .
Local stores and Post Offices are important .Use it or Lose it applies ,even in a big town.”

“Friendly and helpful staff but it's not called Costcutter any more it's now a Premier, which made it very confusing when I was trying to pick up my Amazon parcel and couldn't find the shop. They need to change their name online. Otherwise excellent service.”
