“Customer service is 5* no matter when and what time you go! Adam working on the fresh deli counter is just outstanding! He remembers names of his clients and knows exactly what you like to buy. Absolute star working for John Lewis group! Top class customer service!”

“Good store with lots of basics and quality M&S branded products from ready meals to pre packed sandwiches. Sometimes not a great selection of products, and shelves can seem empty and aisles are small so can feel quite cramped. Mainly good”

“Lots of available parking. Good stock levels. Make sure you check dates. Not a lot of staff but due to the four self service tills for cattle, there is hardly any queues. Those tills take cash/coins too which is very welcome.”

“Tonight I needed about 10 items from the store but have recently been suffering with a disability. I asked a member of staff for help and SUR went above and beyond. She picked my items for me. Queued and packed them for me and brought them out to my car. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and customer care. She deserves a mention and a bonus for sure x”

“Fleet is very lacking in “Supermarkets” - there is a Morrisons but a bit long winded to get to, so it’s handy to have this little Sainsbury’s store with the big car park behind. Oh, and M&S food next door. For a small store they cram a lot in, most essential items can be found.I assume they were getting a lot of items stolen as they recently introduced new barriers, plus you now have to scan your receipt after using the self checkout in order for the gates/barriers to let you out!!!! This really annoyed me the first time as I didn’t expect it, didn’t wait for a receipt so found myself stuck.Seems to me that if Sainsbury’s want to save money on staff (on tills) but want me to do their job for them, then they should trust us to scan, pack and pay. When it happened the first time I was tempted to just break the gates as they have no right to effectively hold me… I don’t need the hassle but I suspect they’ll find these security gates don’t last long!!Otherwise staff seem good. Store could benefit from a make-over really, a bit dated in its appearance/feel.”

“A helpful local Tesco. Right in the middle of a selection of local shops and takeaways, and even a pub. Grab a quick sandwich before driving home to lower you chance of getting caught drink driving ? Y’all got games on your phone? ?”

“Offers a surprisingly wide range of branded products so you can usually get what you want or need (some things not the brand you would normally get). The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and will proactively open an extra till if the queue gets a little long.”

“My experience here actually changed the course of my life.I now have personally given birth to 8 kids and run a BnB with my wife and her boyfriend. It started when I dropped a wine bottle(ALL BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE ARCHITECTURE! hence the 4 stars!) An employee (ethnicity not to be disclosed) gave a kind of negative vibe to me, my brother and my other brothers girlfriend when he was cleaning it up (IT'S YOUR JOB). We didn't have to pay(THANKFULLY, AS IT WAS THEIR FAULT). The cashier was a tall handsome approachable Caucasian male (ethnicity not to be disclosed) . He seemed to be confused with our relation but it all turned out fine.”

“Enormous product varieties even having clothes to buy. Its the largest supermarket in Fleet. One point to say is the price tag or promotion you see sometime is different or not there when you checkout. Be aware for that.”

“I stayed at the Days Inn at the Fleet services where the staff was very friendly, U asked if there is anywhere nice to eat and they informed me that we do have a pizza express on the north side in which I had for night 1 dinner where the staff was so friendly and welcoming, did ot have to wait around to be seated and had my food brought out very quickly and it was perfect, I also had the breakfast at the Good Breakfast and same again the service was fantastic and the staff so friendly and the food was so tasty, The toilets was nice and clean and always stocked, Day 2 I had burger king, in which the service was quick and the food was nice and warm and fresh which is rare for fast food joints, the staff was friendly and polite, The knly ace I did not eat at was chop sticks but if their breakfast was that good then obviously chop sticks will be too, all the staff I saw was friendly and offered to clear table when had finished, best service stay over I have ever had.”
