I have just gone into this branch to draw out my money to pay my builder and they have refused to let me have the cash, even though the funds are in my bank. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. Needless to say the £200k I will be depositing from my house sale will now be going into another bank

Whenever I go there it is closed! They are closing at 3pm! So if I need help I need to take a day off! The opening times have no sense
