Today morning I went to this pharmacy and ask for eye drop because my eyes was little bit uncomfortable so I said I got pain in the eyes. One particular woman is so rude, never once seen her smile and makes you feel like you are a nuisance. She is an Asian looking person. Definitely needs training in customer service. Horrible. I will never use them again

The entire place has descended into chaos. Went in for a repeat prescription to be told they weren’t accepting online ones from the GP. Now have been shut for a week. Seems there’s new management and it’s chaos
