I live in London and could not believe the helpfulness and courtesy I experienced from 2 members of the JD team there, Josh and Kieron! They were both friendly and attentive and I couldn’t praise them enough!! EXCELLENT SERVICE all round, above and beyond.

Visited today. 2 assistants at till, but no acknowledgement. then made to feel an inconvenience. Customer survey on card machine was hen completed by staff which was frustrating. purchased what I wanted but not a great customer service experience. Area manager was in store but, didn't make any difference.
