“The members of staff are helpful. There was a slight queue, but we did not have to wait for too long.I noticed that there was a charity box for "The Screwfix Foundation." According to the information which was on the tin, the Foundation is devoted to "fixing homes & community facilities for those in need." I did not know that they did this and it would be lovely if this could be explained more near the tills. I took a photograph of it.The level of customer service was impressive.”

“Jewson were the only builders merchants I called who answered their phone promptly, found the part and placed it on order quickly and easily. Unfortunately due to lead time I had to cancel it even though it arrived in a week earlier than was quoted by their supplier. Couple of calls required to get a refund with a 15% handling charge applied. A possible 5 stars if not for lack of 2 promised call backs and a re-stocking charge being applied. Gavin was excellent in handling my enquiry.”

“We just wanted to send a very spacial THANK YOU to the team of amazing people that were on late duty in Farnborough Wickes on 11/11/21. Thank you to all the boys that helped us to buy the lamonate floor at a great price (Wickes is simply unbeatable when it comes to sales they have in their stores). We arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing and without the help we received with calculating how many boxes we actually needed we would had walked out with nothing. Thanks to Kieran and his smart brain, amazing Maths skills, lovely attitude for the job role, and the patience most of all (as we were already way past the store's closing time), we walked out extatic having purchased our dream floor for £159 worth £608 (32 to boxes !). Best customer service we have received in years, all the members of the team we approached that evening were super friendly and helpful. We wanted to send a message to the manager of the store to ensure all the boys that assisted us on 11/11/21 in the evening recive a special Christmas bonus. They really deserve it.
