I queued to ask if I could speak to someone about ISAs as I had some specific questions i wanted to ask. The assistant was insistent I have the conversation at the desk in front of everyone in the bank asking about my personal finances, how much, where coming from etc. She was loud and completely without discretion. Saturday morning, only one position open. Only one ATM working and the queues were to to entrance door. Didn't see any floor staff offering assistance . Why has banking g become so difficult?
