“Went to Lloyds in Fareham yesterday to make a faster payment. Was greeted by a lady who told us to take a seat while someone could see us, we were kept informed about how long the wait would be. It wasn't long before we were called and assisted by a lady called Shaida. Shaida was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She made sure we were happy with what she was doing, she checked and double checked every thing and also got it checked by her manager Tina. Both were very helpful. While we were there we also asked about a few other matters again nothing was too much trouble.

“Fareham Branch, Monday 4th September, spoke to Callum regarding a problem with an external ATM which had not delivered any money from its dispenser but had debited my account with the requested amount. He dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally, having fully understood the matter. A couple of phone calls and some online computer work later, he stated that the "dispute" should be sorted within 2-3 days. The reimbursed amount was credited to my account this morning - just one day after the representation to Callum. Excellent service and obviously pleased with the outcome. Thank you”
