Went to Lloyds in Fareham yesterday to make a faster payment. Was greeted by a lady who told us to take a seat while someone could see us, we were kept informed about how long the wait would be. Partner was turned away from being able to pay into my account using a paying in slip. Says online this is a thing that can be done. The lady at the desk refused due to money laundering. This was the same lady that struggled to count in £20’s shocking for a bank teller. Time and date of visit available for confirmation.... read full comment

Waited for 40 minutes to be served by a single cashier. 3 others chatting and loitering telling people to use the machines. When asked if someone could assist, apparently they're all unqualified to serve as bank tellers. Abysmal customer service.
