Bought 3 helium balloons for an anniversary party… 2 of the balloons were under inflated and they gave us a happy retirement balloon!! ? Called the store and they claimed that that’s what we ordered and that there was nothing they can do.
Fuming does not cover it!!!! ???

Great selection but aisles are cramped. You also have a queue and people browsing in one place.
