Unhelpful staff. Went to look for a particular football shirt. Couldn't find it, looked for staff to assist me, nobody around. Then on my way out there was a member of staff who was staring at their phone stood to the side of the entrance. Staff at the trainer’s section are very unenthusiastic in helping customers, we are left waiting for ages to get a correct size.
