“I have been using this particular station since 2004 because at the time, the price was a serious factor for the car I was driving. It has since gone to the graveyard in the sky.Using different makes of fuel in your engine, especially in fuel injection engines, causes long-term problems. I was told this by a fuel injection expert at Ricardo Engineering, West Sussex, who carried out fuel tests for two F1 racing teams.He said, "Find a company whose fuel works well for the car you ate driving, and stick with that supplier." For example: ESSO, SHELL, and BP have fuel stations all over the UK and most of the surrounding islands. However, stay away from jet fueling stations as their fuel is a mish-mash of different companies' fuels. Basically, they buy the cheapest fuel going that month, so its like playing Rassian Roulet on which brand of fuel you get. Lucky dip if you please only it will cause damage to your engine.Every fuel injected car I have had since 2004 (just the 2) I've stuck with this particular ASDA fuel station because they never change suppliers. Its also convenient when I need a few bits n bobs from their store. If I'm going on a long journey, then I stick to filling up only at ASDA stores as they now have their own fuel. So plan your stops and don't take chances.Happy driving...”

“This is a small Iceland on the high street in Eastleigh town centre. They have everything you need though and the staff are friendly. There is parking outside on the main street. Use the Iceland app to build up points and for special offers too.”

“5 Stars to Tamzin and Tamzin only, The Coop is local to me and I always see one dedicated worker, she always greets with a smile making all the customers feel welcome, A couple of times ive had to ask for assistance with where certain products are kept, Tamzin is always so happy to help and is always so kind and patient with me and others.”

“My favourite food shop, in the UK. Reasonable prices, fresh fruits and vegetables, a big range of meat, literally all I need. I am going here once a week. The range of products is varied, rarely is something that I need and they don't have it. Staff wise, they were always helpful.”

“This is my local convenience store. A year or so ago it was closing early a lot but I've not had that problem recently and I've been there after 9pm a few times recently including on Sunday night.

Member prices on milk, bread etc are competitive with the big supermarkets. I mainly use the self checkout. I use the Post Office to send or collect parcels and it has a separate queue. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Sadly - not the Coop's fault - people with more limited mobility who don't drive and live on the other side of Leigh Road are cut off from accessing the store and post office because it's a dangerous road to cross, with no crossing points. Five years ago our councillor told me that there were plans for an island but we still don't have one.”

“Very useful local shop for all the essentials, and some not so essentials. Parking there can be a bit of a bind. The shop also as gas electricity and mobile top up service, And the cashpoint. Prices are a little dearer and if you had gone to Tesco about a quarter of a mile away, but it is a great convenience shop, And can also surprise you with some great deals.”

“I live i Southampton, so if I eat out there it makes sense to shop there. There is a bus stop outside the store which is lovely and stocks every kind of food ata fair price.”

“This is our local corner corner shop, so I go here fairly often. The staff are always friendly, the range of groceries for sale is acceptable, and the prices are reasonable for a corner shop.No reason to deduct stars so it's a 5 star review :-)”

“We do our weekly shop at this Tesco store, and on the whole they generally stock at least 92% of the items that we want. But generally we are very disappointed with the fresh food fruit and vegetables as they have a tendency to go off extremely quickly, especially the fruit. Because of this we have resorted to buying most of our fruit and veg from other superstores i.e. sainsbury's/ Marks and Spencer's, whose fruit items sing to last a lot longer. Tesco's still offer the anti-vac wipes and bacteria hand gels which we take advantage of every time as well as using face masks every time we use the store.”

“This branch like other TESCO stores is all taken over by staffs with beautiful hearts and kindness and helping the customers in mind. I ask them anything and they serve me at their best with great smile on their face. All helpful and willing to serve the verity of customers. I’m so happy shopping in that branch. So convenient and WELCOMING.”

“Useful store, normally well stocked, friendly helpful staff. Great for a quick shop, like dropping on for a lunchtime deal.
They have 2 lunch deals, one at £3.50 and one at £5.00.
Good selection of sandwiches, wraps and salads, grab bag size crisps or fruit selections to accompany.”

“Handy local store. Really friendly team here, always helpful and polite. Some are great if you've had a bad day, they will brighten you up!Only given four stars due to them being closed sometimes for restocking.. definitely not a smudge on the staff but the store management for not employing enough people to keep the place running while restocking is going on. My partner works at southern co op and they seem to be a lot more organised.”

“Love this store, been going here years. The only issue is that they don't have a trolly attachment for wheelchairs right now. The one they had previously was metal where it attached to the chair, so it tended to scratch the metal work up. I'm hoping they get a new one like sainsburys, where it's rubber or even plastic there.”
