“In a day of disappearing post offices, this one is great . The shop it's based inside has changed a lot over the years, so the staff have changed too, but the current guys are great. There's rarely a queue, the young lads serving are friendly and helpful. The five minute walk is also a bonus!”
“It's located in the toilet corridor in the lower ground floor(near the escalator) opposite to Clarke's Shoes/Trespass in Festival Place. Due to lockdown the toilet corridor is kept locked and you have to call the Festival Place reception to access the locker. The reception phone number is mentioned on the door.”
“The staff here are so lovely and helpful. Easy to use Amazon return and the postman saw I had a couple of letters to post and took them from me so I didn’t need to use the post box.”

“Very good place, there is parking spaces for free on the corner, if you bring your own vehicle or use public transport the bus stop is on the other side of the street. Very friendly people, definitely provide a great service to the community. 5 *****”

“This post office is genuinely fantastic. The lady on the desk is always cheerful, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a rare thing these days to get service like this and with a smile. Most post office clerks are miserable. It makes what would be a chore a very pleasant experience. I’m always in and out within minutes, there’s never a queue and I can always park with ease outside.”
