We had to travel all the way from Gillingham to Reading just to collect our BRPs and we had no clue when they will be available at the Post Office. We requested Post office team to let us know once they arrived and thanks to Patel Bro, he called us and informed once they arrived.At the branch also he and other team members were kind enough, it was overall a great experience. Thumbs up to all the team. :)”
