Would be zero stars if I could put it as the place is not fit for purpose! Self service machines charge considerably more per parcel than scan & drop online. Amazon hub down pre Xmas so unable to do returns, tried calling store after Xmas to see if they are now able to do these returns, multiple calls made, no answer, went in, huge queues and still unable to do returns, absolutely shocking customer service. It's ludicrous that its gone from a huge building at the top of town... read full comment
