Got some good phone deals, but unfortunately really bad customer service. There’s ether no staff there or only 1 person working and usually sorting out a new contract/phone with a customer so could be waiting 30/40mins

Ignored in-store. Admittedly there was only 1 member of staff working, but wasn't even acknowledged as waiting (I was there at least 20 minutes). Poor customer service

I do a phone call to you and 5 min phone ringing then they only say we not avaible to answer and close the phone what a time wasters you people need learn how to do work you all time westers
