“I recently visited your salon in Alton for a haircut and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my experience at your salon.Firstly, when I arrived at the appointment time, the hairdresser was running 30 minutes late already. When he finally arrived, he spent more time checking his phone and chatting with coworkers than paying attention to my needs. This lack of attention to detail was reflected in the final result - a hairstyle that was uneven and did not meet my expectations.Additionally, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff's attitude towards me throughout the appointment. The hairdresser was unprofessional and condescending, and other staff members were talking, texting, and making noise in the background without regard for the clients. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and this was not the case during my visit to your salon.It is unfortunate that I had such a negative experience at your salon. I would have expected a more professional and welcoming atmosphere from a business that caters to the needs of customers.
