The staff don't seem to understand the concept of reimbursement/replacement of faulty goods. Only a very small matter of a stale packet of Hoola Hoops bought at 4:10pm, 9th September '25, but the principle stands. EDUCATE YOUR STAFF IN RESPECT OF THE SALE OF GOODS ACT.
