“My mother comes in Alton co-op quite frequently. She really speaks highly of it. Saying the sandwich selection is lovely. And she loves your bakery goods, as she calls it. The ready meals are perfect for her, easy and tasty. She said the staff are helpful , helping her find the ice lollies. and she’s not good on the self checkout so it’s great having staff behind till. Definitely recommend”

“Great store, friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked, clean and tidy, the service is quick and efficient. VERY IMPORTANT FOR HEAD OFFICE. The attached photo of a card handed out by staff April 2024 in order for me to give (positive) feedback does not work. The link is invalid. All Tesco stores are under the impression this card with the QR code enables them to give feedback H. O. will see. It doesn't. I tried telephoning the store involved but the generic phone number just cuts off. My point here, is that feedback is important and Head Office should be able to see it. I hope this matter is addressed.”

“I have used this garage for several years now and have always had nothing but thoroughly professional service from them. If I have ever had an issue they have always dealt with it in a polite and agreeable manner. .”
“Great experience in tesco today, lovely deal... Quavers, crunchie, malteasers teaser and yorkie for £2.10. Service provided with a smile. Very satisfied with deal and staff.”
“I am writing this review to share my recent experience at your gun store. As an avid shooter and gun enthusiast, I was excited to visit your store for the first time. However, I was quickly disappointed by the poor service and lack of knowledge among your staff.Firstly, I came in wanting to purchase a new pistol, but the salesman couldn't tell the difference between a Glock and a revolver. After a couple of awkward minutes, I decided to leave and go somewhere that actually knew their guns. While browsing your selection of ammunition, I found a box labeled "high-quality lead." After closer inspection, I realized that it was actually a box of crayons. As an adult male, I'm not sure what good these crayons would do me in a self-defense situation. Finally, when I was checking out, I noticed that your register was a child's play cash register. It had flashing lights and made noises when it opened and closed. I couldn't help but laugh when the cashier struggled to scan my items. In conclusion, I strongly recommend that you invest in proper training for your staff and stop using children's toys as your main point of sale. If you want to succeed in the gun industry, you need to provide excellent service and knowledge to your customers. Please take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.Sincerely,Yevnilc Cumberpatch”
