One of them later went on to serve me and on the receipt I saw her name was Claire, sorry don’t know the name of the other lady. They were helping a lovely older gentleman in a wheelchair with his shopping and I just thought how lovely they were to care and take their time with him. Helping him choose a cake was a highlight for me, I don’t know the gentleman but thank you. Claire, who served me was very pleasant and chatty, I have anxiety and normally find shops stressful but I walked out feeling happy and infected by her smile and good humour! Top class customer service”

A lot of thought and imagination has gone into this, unlike the boring display where I normally shop (the Kempshott branch).”
