Booked table for lunch for friends birthday.
Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Food was really good, hot and fresh and was all brought at the same time. Selena looked after her us she was fantastic and so was the manager Joe. Made our friends birthday extra special not to mention great value for money.

Very strange and unpleasant atmosphere in the pub. Not how a pub should be like.
The waiter also seems to try to sit everyone at the table in the claustrophobic and ugly fire exit section. Which is very strange and would not want to dine sat there!
Why on earth is that the first place you seat your customers, when you have an entire empty pub with much nicer seating and decor? That should be the last spot you seat your customers! We moved and then the next people who came in also got seated in that exact same spot.
The food was average at most. No better than a weatherspoon - Which is fine,
however due to the atmosphere in the pub and the mediocre food we would not return again.

Went for breakfast, and to be honest it was mediocre. You pay a fixed price for a self serve buffet with juice, coffee, pastries, cereals etc. then you choose hot breakfast items which are served at your table.
I arrived mid service to find hardly any pastries left, and the coffee machine kept running out of milk.
When my cooked breakfast arrived, the bacon wasn?t well done as requested, the beans were half cold and the hash browns were soggy not crispy.
I?ve been here previously and it was fine - maybe new staff.

The swing Bridge is a typical pub the food is good quality for what you pay the staff of friendly in carrying out their tasks

Booked a table for dinner for 9pm New Years Eve. We turned up before 9pm (having just run there through pouring rain from our hotel down the road) and were told the kitchen had closed an hour ago and we couldn't get food.

Food was very good and tasty filled with different flavours, but two of the mens cubicles were out of order.
Overall, I would go again, but hopefully, the cubicles will be fixed. ?

Very good all round experience. I had Sunday lunch beef very tender tasty and plentiful. Great value especially as the blue light card was 25% discount and on any day . As the company have closed a lot of my past favourite venue's this is a good replacement so will return just wish the soft drinks were bottomless as in their other chains. Only down side could do with a little tlc
here and there.

We both had a really good sirloin steak at the Swinging Bridge. The service provided by Chloe and Liv was excellent, even though it was a busy Saturday evening. Will definitely be back.
