“John is a legend. Lovely bloke who sorted out a spare key for us. Called at 4:15 on a Sunday as had had a key cut at another Timpsons branch that didn't work. He advised that as long as we could get to him by 4:45 (when Tesco stop letting people in) he would be able to help. We got there in time and he quickly cut us a replacement which thankfully worked. Thank you John!! You are a credit to the company.”
