“Outstanding ServiceI was recommended to use this business by my Fiance's Dad and travelled from Radcliffe to do so. I needed a zip replacing on a pair of boots and new soles and heels. I was amazed when the guy said 2 hours and sure enough he messaged me less than 2 hours later to tell me they were ready. A fantastic job at an incredibly good price. He certainly put Timpsons to shame. I will be using him from now on and highly recommend this shop.”

“I took in four pairs of my most well-loved Dr Martens for some long overdue TLC. The heels and insoles needed replacing and they were in a sorry state. However, Jon worked his magic and did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy with the result. He breathed life back into my shoes and I am delighted to be able to wear them again! The service I received was exemplary- efficient, high quality and extremely personable. I will definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend anyone local to do the same. Thank you, Jon!”

“I had been told by my brother that Timpsons was the place to go if I need my watches adjusted or keys cut and he was right! Lee was brilliant from start to finish. Both keys have been cut well and Lee also done my two watches in just a couple minutes. Would highly recommend using this branch. Professional, polite and quick service!”

“Absolutely amazing!! I messaged him to ask if he could fix my louboutins as they had been butchered by a well known company and he only went and done it!! And for free as he couldn’t get them to his standard due to how badly the previous work was done. Would recommend to anyone that asked and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you x”

“Rushed into Timpsons on Deansgate last minute recently as I'd broken one of my shoes about 1.5 hours before an important job interview. The lad who helped me did an excellent job and was very quick and polite considering he was under a fair bit of panicked induced pressure from myself. Thanks again, Scott. Excellent, professional job done and I got my job - result! Would definitely be my future port of call, panicked or otherwise!”

“Having been quoted £250 for a replacement car key by the dealer, I asked at the small Timpson’s cabin outside my local Tesco, while walking back to the car. They quoted £100 less, but couldn’t do it there, had to refer me to the Trafford store to make an appointment and do it.Timpson’s Trafford rang me before I left the car park and I arranged to visit the same afternoon. When I got there, Darren provided me with a new key in about 15 minutes, for the price quoted. Great service. ?”

“Fantastic service! Colleagues renewed some canvas straps to a (30 year old!) beloved hold-all and gave it a new lease of life. Thank you so much for your polite, friendly, professional service-as always!”

“I took two pairs of tatty boots. They look great now. New heels and a good polish. I had changed shifts and went a couple of days earlier to see if i could collect. Shoe doctor finished the job there and then, saving me another trip. Will definitely use again. Better value and better service than Timpson.”

“Timpson is a busy little shop on Cross Street that does watch and shoe repairs. You know the one, with little mechanical shoe maker doll in the window. There we go. Well, I came in here because I'm looking for a hip flask for my girlfriend's brother which I also want to get engraved as a little present from the both of us for his 21st. They have some in the window so I came in to find prices and the like. The guy who I spoke to was kind of distracted fixing a watch at the time, and it took a few goes to actually get his attention and get him to engage in a conversation about the hip flask. But then I found out that a hip flask is £20 or so and it costs about £10 to get the engraving done. Not the cheapest I've found, but certainly not the worst. Timpson is a really useful little place, with knowledgeable staff who are just a little busy, that's all.”
